Investing in the construction of residential complexes

The Company carries out investment activities in the field of construction of housing facilities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To date, the Company invests in the construction of residential complexes in the cities of Astana, Almaty, Taraz, Konayev, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Atyrau, Kokshetau and Aksu.

The goal is to develop the construction sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improve housing conditions of the country's population.

Main tasks:

1. increasing the comfort and affordability of housing, improving the quality of the urban environment;
2. formation of competitive construction of housing and civil facilities;
3. involvement of land plots not previously used for construction into economic turnover, increasing the efficiency of land plots intended for construction;
4. minimising the negative impact of the construction industry and housing and communal services on the environment.

Expected results:

• increasing the investment attractiveness of projects in the construction sector;
• reducing the duration and improving the quality of investment projects in housing construction;
• development of competition in housing construction;
• reduction of risks in the implementation of investment and construction projects.
