Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC strives to comply with the principles of maximum respect for the environment and rational use of natural resources, helps to prevent negative environmental impacts, undertakes initiatives aimed at increasing responsibility for the state of the environment, promotes the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly and energy-saving technologies.

In accordance with the Safety, Labor and Environmental Protection Policy, the Company complies with all existing norms and standards in this area and considers this aspect to be the most important condition for the Company’s successful development.

The Company pays special attention to the health of employees, working conditions and ensuring workplace safety.

The Company ensures the workplace safety of employees:

- employees are trained on production processes by mandatory briefing and testing of knowledge on safety and labor protection of employees, briefing is conducted on fire safety and labor protection topics primarily for newly hired employees;

- regulated preventive maintenance of equipment and engineering networks is carried out in the office premises of the administrative building, computers and office equipment at the workplaces of employees.
