Anti-crisis program

The Company fulfilled credit obligations to Samruk-Kazyna JSC arising in connection with the implementation of the anti-crisis programme: in April 2020, the Company fully repaid all tranches received under the loan agreement for the implementation of the programme, including the Akkent tranche.

The Company plans to continue managing the premises realised under lease and lease-purchase agreements. The lease-purchase period for most of the residential properties will be completed in the forecast period, as they were realised in 2010-2011 for a term of up to 13 years.
