Renovation program implementation (dilapidated and emergency housing)

The Company will continue to participate in the comprehensive programme of Renovation of the housing stock in the cities of Kazakhstan.

The goal is to provide owners of dilapidated housing with new flats, relieve social tension in cities, and improve the investment climate for the development of the construction sector.

Main objectives:

1. solving social problems related to the housing conditions of citizens;
2. elimination of dilapidated and emergency housing in megacities and regional centres of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. providing citizens with modern and comfortable housing;
4. renovation of the architectural appearance of cities;
5. development of mechanisms for attracting extra-budgetary funds into construction;
6. creation of favourable conditions for attracting investors through the creation of launching sites - release of land plots for new construction;
7. coordination of integrated development of land plots in areas requiring renovation;
8. improvement of the investment climate in the sphere of housing construction and territorial development;
9. improvement of engineering infrastructures.

Expected results:

• increasing the level of housing provision for the population, as well as improving the comfort of living conditions;
• compliance with urban planning design regulations, as well as environmental, sanitary and other rules and norms of residential development;
• increasing the architectural expressiveness of the development;
• creation of engineering and social infrastructure that meets modern regulatory requirements and needs in general;
• reduction of costs for the operation of apartment buildings as a result of the construction of new residential complexes.
