Property management

The Company will manage real estate both owned by it on the right of ownership and provide such services to the Sole Shareholder and companies of the Group of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

To achieve the goal, the Company shall realise the following tasks:

- marketing

- leasing or sale of real estate objects

- financial management

- management of financial flows and risks

These functions are performed in relation to the following assets:

- Nurly Zher programmes for rental and commercial housing;

- objects where the Company is the operator for monitoring the return on investment of the Sole Shareholder (Akkent and Edelweiss housing estates);

- Green Quarter business centre in Astana.

Within the framework of implementation of the Development Strategy, the Company performs the function of management of assets created in the course of implementation of projects within the framework of strategic directions of development, as well as objects transferred into management on the basis of contracts and regulatory legal acts.

Also in the future, the Company plans to carry out project management, as well as to provide services of author and technical supervision of portfolio companies of the Fund (including through subsidiaries and affiliates).
