Nurly-jer programme for rental housing

The last properties under this programme were commissioned in June 2020. The total amount of real estate leased with the right to buy under this programme is approximately 482.0 thousand sq.m. The real estate will be managed in accordance with lease-purchase agreements, which are concluded for a period of up to 15 years. Repayment of the loan to the Sole Shareholder, which is the source of funding for this programme, will be made until 2032 in equal semi-annual instalments, i.e. taking into account the duration of the lease-purchase agreements.
