Responsibilities:

• work to reduce accounts receivable;
• work with tenants in terms of consulting the conditions for the execution of the contract and providing the necessary clarifications of the terms of the contract and / or settlements of payments (including monitoring certificates, reconciliation reports, etc.);
• work with troubled tenants: calling, preparing and sending notifications in case of violations of the terms of the contract;
• monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of contracts by tenants;
• ensuring work on overdue debts (claim work, formation of material and sending to the appropriate structural unit for filing a claim with the court and sending the material for obtaining an executive inscription);
• if necessary, representing the interests of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC in the authorized state bodies in terms of re-registration of property;
• interaction with other structural subdivisions of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC to fulfill the tasks assigned to the Department for Monitoring Rental Payments (hereinafter referred to as DMAP);
• weekly reporting on the work performed for the reporting period and a work plan for the coming week.

Requirements:

• Higher / secondary economic, legal education;
• At least 2 years of experience in dealing with problematic payments;
• literate speech, business correspondence skills;
• accommodation in Shymkent.

Conditions:

• Timely payment for services on the basis of the Certificates of acceptance and delivery of services.
• Conclusion of contracts for the provision of services until December 31, 2023 with a possible extension.
